Couples Therapy
Moving toward each other for a common goal
Improving communication and realigning with your partner can be a daunting task. However, with the right guidance, couples counseling may improve your relationship through collaboration to change communication patterns and learn new ways of opening up to each other . A therapist can help a couple identify difficulties without blaming each other and shift toward being a team tackling common goals to improve day to day life. The first step is both partners agreeing to come in and give therapy a chance. We currently have five staff members who are accepting new couples for treatment. Both in person and teletherapy are current options for couples work. We take a team approach, focusing on what are the couple's common goals and how we can improve the day to day communication, trust, and interactions within the team unit.
Call today for a free phone consultation. As both individuals must be willing to engage in therapy, our consultation will be most helpful if both parties have already agreed to seek counseling together.
